1999-D Pennsylvania Quarter
The Pennsylvania State Quarter was released in 1999 as the second coin of the 50 State Quarters Program. The obverse of the coin was designed by William Cousins after John Flanagan. The reverse of the coin was designed by William Cousins and engraved by John Mercanti. The reverse design features an outline of the state, the statue “Commonwealth,” and a keystone.
