2000-D Massachusetts Quarter
The Massachusetts State Quarter was released in 2000 as the sixth coin of the 50 State Quarters Program. The obverse of the coin was designed by William Cousins after John Flanagan. The reverse of the coin was designed by Thomas D. Rodgers Sr. The reverse design features an outline of Massachusetts and a statue of “The Minuteman” after the statue at Lexington-Concord by Daniel Chester French.
