Well, just found the answer to my question about the mint marks. It’s stamped on the edge of the coins along with the date and E PLURIBUS UNUM.
Ratings:Just received my 2010 Mint Proof Sets from the U.S. Mint. The specifications card indicates that all 14 coins were minted in San Francisco and the mint mark is “S”. I can’t find mint marks on the Sacagawea or any of the presidential dollars. Is the mint mark hidden somewhere on the $1 coins or purposely left off?
Ratings:I like Lincoln.
